Terms of Service

Hidden Eleven ("we", "the game") is a free, multiplayer football card-draft game played in the browser, provided and operated by OYO. By creating or joining a game room, you agree to these terms.

1. The service is free and provided as-is

Hidden Eleven is free to play, with no in-game purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. We provide the game "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

2. No accounts — you play under a display name

There is no account system. You choose a display name each time you play. You are responsible for the display name you choose — do not use another real person's name, offensive language, or impersonate anyone.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: disrupt or degrade the game service (including automated flooding of rooms or connections); attempt to access, tamper with, or reverse engineer any part of the server outside of normal gameplay; use offensive, harassing, or abusive display names; or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage rather than reporting them.

4. We can suspend or end a session

We may disconnect a player, close a room, or restrict access without notice if we believe these terms are being violated, or if needed to protect the stability of the service for other players.

5. Match data

As described in our Privacy Policy, we keep a record of completed matches (room code, timing, scores, and the display names used) tied to a random internal ID, not your real identity.

6. Advertising

The game is funded by advertising rather than by charging players. Ads are served by Google AdSense and its partners, and may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. Advertisements are clearly separated from gameplay, and no advertiser has any influence over match outcomes, draft pools, or any other part of the game's mechanics.

7. Game content and ownership

The "Hidden Eleven" name, branding, generated card artwork, and the game software itself belong to OYO. Club names, player names, competition names, club badges, and national flags referenced or displayed in the game belong to their respective rights holders and are used descriptively to identify real footballers and clubs within the game's draft pool. Hidden Eleven is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any football club, league, governing body, or video game publisher. Player-chosen display names remain yours; nothing else about the game or its content is licensed to you beyond normal play.

8. No liability for game outcomes or downtime

Hidden Eleven is a game of chance and skill with no real-world stakes, monetary or otherwise. There is no gambling, wagering, or prize of monetary value involved at any point. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including lost game progress due to server downtime, maintenance, or connection issues.

9. Changes to the service or these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the game, or update these terms, at any time. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when that happens.
