Hidden Eleven ("we", "the game") is a multiplayer football card-draft game provided and operated by OYO. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how advertising on this site works.

1. No accounts, no personal information required

Hidden Eleven does not require you to create an account, and does not collect your email address, phone number, or any password. To play, you simply type a display name of your choosing and join or create a game room. That display name is the only information you provide to us directly.

2. Reconnect tokens

If your connection drops mid-game, we use a temporary reconnect token so you can rejoin your game in progress. This token is a random, server-generated code tied only to that specific game room — it is not linked to your identity, does not contain your display name, email, or any personal data, and expires automatically after 30 days.

3. Match history

After a game finishes, we store a record of the match: the room code, when it was played, how long it lasted, and each player's final score and rank alongside the display name they chose for that game. This is stored against a randomly generated internal ID, not any real-world identity. We do not link match history to a real name, email, or device unless you happened to type your real name as your display name (we recommend you don't).

4. Advertising and cookies

Hidden Eleven displays advertising served by Google AdSense in order to keep the game free to play. This means the following applies:

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting aboutads.info, or youronlinechoices.com if you are in the European Economic Area or the UK.

We do not provide your display name, match history, or any other information you enter into the game to advertisers. Ad personalisation is handled entirely by Google and its partners through the cookies described above, not by data we collect and pass on.

5. Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may be shown a consent message asking for your choices about personalised advertising before such ads are served. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the opt-out links in section 4 above, or by clearing the advertising cookies stored by your browser.

6. Server logs

Like any online service, our server temporarily processes your IP address to prevent abuse (for example, blocking excessive requests) and to keep basic operational logs. This information is used only for security and stability, is not linked to your display name or match history, and is not stored long-term in any database.

7. Game artwork

Player cards in Hidden Eleven are drawn as generated jersey artwork based on club kit colours and numbers — the game does not display player photographs. Club badges and national flags shown alongside cards are loaded from public image sources; viewing them does not involve sharing any of your personal information with those sources beyond the standard request your browser makes for any image.

8. Children's privacy

Hidden Eleven is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. As described above, no personal information is collected from any player in the first place. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the address below and we will remove it.

9. Your choices

Because we do not operate accounts or collect personal identifiers, there is generally no personal data of yours for us to retrieve, correct, or delete. If you have played a match and would like the associated match-history record removed, contact us with the room code and approximate date and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
